This course is designed for ALL healthcare professionals who work with anyone with shoulder issues. It is a course based on principles rather than protocols that can be used for many other issues and not just shoulders. It will provide you with evidence and confidence that a more simple and straight forward approach is both effective and efficient for most problems we see.
The course will cut through the many confusing and conflicting methods currently promoted to help shoulder problems, and you a give clear, simple, and adaptable framework to assess all types of shoulder issues, in all types of people.
Now in its 6th year, this widely acclaimed international course aims to be fun and informal, but also informative and educational with lots of clinically relevant ideas and tips that you can put into practice immediately.
Course Objectives:
Simplify the assessment and management of the most common shoulder problems.
Expose the many myths around shoulder anatomy, biomechanics, and pathology.
Examine the evidence on our assessment’s diagnosis and treatments of shoulder pathology
Explore how to assess shoulder movement, strength, proprioception, and its kinetic chain.
Practice both basic and advanced shoulder rehab exercises and know how to plan a successful and comprehensive rehab program
