CrossFit is a worldwide phenomenon with hundreds of thousands of participants. As health professionals, we are best placed to help minimize the risk of injury and maximized the benefits that can be achieved with CrossFit training. This course will dispel some of the myths of CrossFit training and teach participants the basic movements and problems associated with CRossFit and how to modify (aka scale) a workout.

Lunch is provided within the cost of the course. Additionally, coffee, tea and snacks will be provided throughout the day for all courses.
